I hope everyone is having a great Monday so far! TJ and I had a very low-key weekend filled with movies, cleaning, and taking a long hike Sunday afternoon. Temperatures reached the 20’s in the early hours here. I went outside to let Mojo out in the morning, and my neighbor’s roof was completely white & covered in frost. That is a crazy sight for this Florida girl to see… I immediately ran back inside and cranked the heat up to 78 degrees. 🙂
I wanted to make a tropical juice to remind me of how amazing the summer months truly are. I haven’t made this juice in a few months and knew that it would be the perfect treat to start a chilly morning.
The juice has such an intense berry flavor and is great for breakfast or an afternoon pick-me-up.
Combine the following:
2 stalks celery
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup pineapple
1 cup baby spinach
The juice has such a bright and clean flavor from the berries and pineapple.
The juice creates a vibrant green and purple color until you mix it up.
The finished juice is so incredible!!! I love adding pineapple to juices, but the berries are definitely the star of the show for this juice. You will love having a little taste of the summer all year long making this juice.
Questions for you:
Would you rather pineapple juice or orange juice? What is your favorite juice combo?
